Windows Personal Device - Setup
BYOD devices are lightly managed. App protection policies keep business and personal data separated.
Step 1: Install Company Portal App (if required)

If required by your IT department, download the Company Portal app:

Install and open the app

Sign in with your corporate account: [email protected]

If you received a One Time Password (OTP), you will be prompted to change it during your first login.
Note: Follow the on-screen instructions
Step 2: Sign in to corporate apps

Sign in to corporate apps/portals with your @solos.gmbh account

The Company Portal app will automatically configure the Microsoft apps
Step 3: Email and files

Email via Outlook (desktop or web). No local PST exports
- 2
Access OneDrive/SharePoint via app or browser
- 3
Sync only to allowed, protected folders
Important notes
Conditional Access may block access if basic protections are missing
Selective wipe removes only corporate data; personal data stays
