Windows Corporate Computer - Setup
Follow the steps in order. The device will enroll into management (Microsoft Intune/Azure AD/Entra) and automatically configure with corporate policies and apps.
Step 1: Power on and sign in

Power on and connect to the internet (WLAN or Ethernet)

Sign in during OOBE with [email protected]

If you received a One Time Password (OTP), you will be prompted to change it during your first login.
Note: Follow the on-screen instructions - 4
The device enrolls into management (e.g., Intune/Azure AD/Entra)
Wait time: 2-3 minutes
Step 2: Automatic deployment - Please wait
Wait for automatic deployment of policies and apps. Do NOT shut down the device during this phase!
Following components are installed:
- Security updates and Windows Update
- Endpoint protection (AV/EDR)
- BitLocker disk encryption
- Firewall enabled
- Office/M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Corporate browser policies (bookmarks, start page, SSO)
Wait time: 15-25 minutesDevice may restart several times during installation
Note: This is normal - do not interrupt!
Step 3: Email setup (Outlook)

Open Outlook; your @solos.gmbh account is auto-discovered (Autodiscover)

Verify mail and calendar
Note: Send yourself a test email
Step 4: Files and collaboration

Sign in to OneDrive with @solos.gmbh
- 2
SharePoint/Teams libraries are provisioned
Wait time: 5-10 minutes for initial sync
Step 5: Peripherals

Corporate printers are added automatically or per instructions
- 2
Test webcam, headset, scanner
Finish

Confirm device shows as "compliant" (policies fulfilled)
